Nice bottle of wine, great balance between the minerals, just a hint of bubbles and zesty notes of lime, green apple and pear.

Smoother, more suave and nuanced compared to other Scheurebes I've had, though I must confess I'm still a neophyte of this native German grape. Loving it!
