Distilled in a potstill from molasses produced from native Floridian sugar cane. Final spirit is bottled at 40% abv and is free of any additives, or artificial colors. Bright notes of ripe apples, figs, and guava layered with herbaceous elements of lemongrass and jasmine flowers. Suitable for all cocktails and mixed drinks.
