Silky, refined and highly elegant on the palate, this full-bodied Riesling is tightly structured with perfect phenolic grip combined with ripe and mineral acidity that is already perfectly interwoven with the texture.

This is a serious, great dry Riesling from Dorsheim, and it finishes with salivating salinity and very fine grip. Perfect winemaking here.
