Eye: a pale yellow color with green reflections, showing the presence of Chardonnay. Effervescence is continuous with very fine bubbles. Nose: 'playful', fresh and delicate. A few notes of citrus and white flowers then, the red fruit and, small tart red berries aromas. Followed by notes of white fruits such as peach and apple. Palate: elegant and lively. The notes of red fruits grow stronger, within a beautifully round body with delicacy and length. Ultimately, the wine leaves a very clean mouth, without a hint of dryness.
