Mix the strawberry jelly and gelatine powder with ½ cup boiling water, stir until dissolved and add 1 cup cold water. When cooled, whisk the evaporated milk and lemon juice until thick and foamy. Add the cooled off jelly mixture and condensed milk to the mixture while whisking.
