This whisky has been aged in three different barrels: ex-bourbon, new oak and Canadian rye whisky barrels. The result is a wonderfully balanced, oaky, and full-bodied whisky with plenty of rye spice. Considering this is a ten year old whisky that has been matured in three casks, it represents excellent value for money. Delicious neat, or as a base in rye-based cocktails.
