Light amber in color. Nutty and dry nuances of vanilla, mocha and dark chocolate. Dry and very concentrated, with a long and elegant finish.

This Palo Cortado combines the finesse and delicacy of an Amontillado with the richness and boy of an Oloroso. Aged in Jerez de la Frontera in the cellar of the Empress Eugenia.
