Grapes are harvested separately, by-hand, for a careful selection of the fruit. The wine is fermented, then aged in cement vats. This wine sees no oak aging. Plump notes of black and red fruit, with a hint of smoke and herbs. The Merlot provides a lovely round texture and the Cabernet Sauvignon some structure and mineral.
