Sourced from two organic vineyards in Marin County. Fermented in barrel with native and selected yeasts. Rested on lees in barrel for 9 months with no sulfur additions, then bottled with fresh yeast and small amount of sugar.

Aged 9 months in bottle before disgorgement and light dosage.
