The wine is produced entirely from Chardonnay grapes from selected vineyards in the Galilee and the Judean Hills. Chardonnay, originating from the Bourgogne region in France, produces the best white wines in the world.

Chardonnay has adapted well in Israel and grows in a temperate and dry climate that prevents diseases in this sensitive grape variety.
