In tasting, the Brut Nature shows terrific freshness and focus to play off some of the more complex notes from the older wines in the blend. Expressive floral overtones heighten a core of orchard fruit, almond and spice flavors nicely.

The Brut Nature is a touch eccentric, but quite compelling as well.
