For the first time in its history, Minuty is releasing a kosher version of M de Minuty (Non Mevushal). Made with the same varietals and winemaking process as the classic version, this kosher version was made under the supervision of the Rabbinates BDP Beth Din in Paris and OU (Orthodox Union USA). M de Minuty comes entirely from hand-harvested grapes grown in the Côtes de Provence, making it perhaps the only major regional wine that is still harvested manually. The source for the majority of the wine is from partners in the highest quality Côtes de Provence vineyards. Minuty’s estate vineyard in Saint Tropez, and their estate one hour north in the hills of Vidauban also contribute fruit. It is a great pleasurable wine: The Grenache and Cinsault blend form an aromatic harmony offering notes of peach and candied orange. The flavor is crisp and round on the palate. Sourced from a rigorous selection of the best “Côtes de Provence” vineyards.
