Very pale straw color. Light to medium body. Medium acidity. Creamy texture. Green herbal scents of dill and lemon balm. Scents of almond skin and jasmine. Fruit of melon, Asian pear, and lychee. Grapefruit note in midpalate.

Saline note. Finishes with honey suckle, white pepper, and bergamot. Soft and pleasant citrus pith bitterness lingers.
