On the palate, the wine is compellingly youthful and instantly charming, with deep resonant flavors of anise, strawberry, cherry pie, black tea leaf and cinnamon. The tannins are firm, yet velvety smooth, as the wine builds towards a luxuriously long, very fragrant finish.
