Dalmore 21 Year Old is the pinnacle of the distillery's Principal Collection. This 2023-release was aged in a combination of ex-bourbon and Matusalem oloroso sherry casks, refining and gathering aromas of Seville oranges, bitter chocolate and Colombian coffee. The palate offers delectable notes of black forest fruits, sweet liquorice sticks, roasted walnuts and thick marzipan.
