Harveys Bristol Cream Sherry is a blend of 30 different types of sherries; Oloroso, PX, Fino and Amontillado aged for an average of 7 years. Mahogany in color with antique gold sparkles. Delicate, fruity, fresh and aromatic with notes of raisin and hints of caramel. On the palate, it is smooth, creamy and elegant highlighting the fruitiness of the PX and the evolved vinosity of the Oloroso. Best served chilled. Recommended with ice and a twist of orange. Perfect with fruit salads, ice cream, cheese and foie.
