Hand picked, with double selection in the vineyard during the second half of April, Maceration for approx. 3 weeks, extraction by pumop over and delestages. Aged for 12 month in a French & American oak barrels. Deep ruby red with blue undertones. Intense aromas of spices and plum, cassis, loam and a toasted finish.
