TASTING NOTES
Intense ruby red color.
Vey expressive bouquet of red fruits,
cassis, spices and leather.
Marked acidity, well rounded body
with aromas of plum and chocolate,
melting tannins on the finish.

Red meat dishes, white meat dishes.

TRELLIS SYSTEM
Spanish Grape Arbour.
SOIL
Alluvial topsoil with a sandy texture,
with a high percentage of rocks and
gravel.
CLIMATE
Temperate climate with Mediterranean
rains. Very warm summer days.
ORIGIN

HARVEST
Harvested by hand, grapes selected in
the vineyard. First two weeks of April.
FERMENTATION
Maceration for approx. 3 weeks,
extraction by pump over and delectates.
Fermented at temperatures between 26
and 28°C.
AGING
12 months in French and American oak
barrels. 10% new barrels.
