Pale pink in colour, the 50/50 blend of grapes undergo cold maceration in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats, followed by direct pressing. Attractively refreshing aromas of marshmallow and grenadine give way to harmonious notes of strawberry and apricot with a round mouth feel, good body and a lingering finish.

Drink now as an apéritif with salmon tartare or marinated chicken skewers.
