The result is a unique rosé with a frothy mousse and notes of bright citrus, fresh peaches, red berries, cherries, and florals. All lifted by its delightfully persistent bubbles to a clean lingering finish. Perfect with seafood or chicken dishes, this Prosecco Rosé is also an interesting contrast with creamy risottos.
