Barbera d’Alba Superiore San Michele by Malvirà is made with 100% Barbera grapes harvested in Canale, in San Michele vineyard. It’s an intense red wine, aged in oak barrels for 20 months. In the glass, it reveals a bright and intense ruby red colour. The bouquet is full and fruity, with hints of plum, blackberries and cassis, besides deeper notes of white chocolate and vanilla. The sip is structured, soft and velvety, with a fresh and sapid aftertaste.

Perfectly going with meat, pork filet, roasts, Porcini risotto and gravy first courses.
