COLOR: Ruby red colour with brilliant reflections. NOSE: Vinous aromas on the nose, with scents of cherry, violet and black-current. FLAVOR: The taste is round, warm, refined.

Ideal with roasted meat, pasta dishes, game and fresh cheese. The nose is rather shy but eventually releases earthy aromas of grilled herb and dark fruit that follow over to the rather lean palate along with clove. It's easy drinking, with somewhat fleeting tannins.
