Lush tropical fruit and spice nose with hints of honey and dark sugar. Round, mellow, full bodied palate with rich flavours of fruit and spice. The finish is delightful, elegant and dry.
• Stills Used - heavy-bodied rum from the PM still and medium-bodied rums from the EHP still and Diamond Metal Coffey Still.
• ABV: 40%
• Marques aged in bourbon casks for a minimum of 12 years.
• Tasting Notes: Golden amber in color with a complex nose of citrus and island spices. The full body is lush and equally complex, with harmonious notes of
tropical fruits, leather and vanilla oak finishing slowly yet cleanly.
