A noble wine that doesn't have a fairytale name for nothing! This late harvest is as natural as possible, it shows the full aroma of the terroir with excellent vin material. Spontaneously fermented, 18 months on the yeast, unfiltered and unsulphured, it is bottled.

 This Riesling is already very complex and profound on the nose, with pronounced Riesling fruit and a fine scent of ripe gooseberries and white vineyard peach, accompanied by a subtle scent of flowers. Fruity on the palate, the acidity is present but pleasant, dense and complex. The finish is long, complex with grapefruit, apple and citrus fruit and also mineral/ethereal aromas.
