The resulting wine is fresh and soft, full of citrus and stone fruit with a light body that is great with spicy food, sushi and sashimi, or fruit desserts.

A slightly sweet Riesling also means less sugar was fermented to alcohol, so this bottling is a mild 11% ABV.
