Dark and black. Very elegant white fruit, citric but not aggressive, white peach, light melon, nice, mild salt stone on which everything runs along. Very juicy, almost creamy, but at the same time vibrant and full of tension. The acids are perfectly ripe, supple, only mild tartaric acid, which nevertheless gives the wine a lasting pull.
