Intense, dense nose, ripe yellow fruit, mango, blood orange, some white pepper and the mineral spice from the slate floor. 

This is complemented on the palate by a subtle salty note. Here again the elegant, complex fruit with a little grapefruit spice comes into its own and the piquant, crisp acidity ensures long-lasting freshness.
