The Pinot Blanc is an extremely attractive wine right from the start, combining maturity, creaminess and yellow fruits with the typical Moselle freshness and minerality. The scent is reminiscent of peaches, nectarines, melons and pears, herbs and stone, brioche and a hint of oak and vanilla. On the palate it creates what the French call Equilibre, the balance between fruit and tension, spiciness and juiciness, delicacy and expressiveness with a fascinating complexity, in which the tartness and piquancy of the Mosel slate mixes with the ripe fruit.
