The organic & biodynamic grapes of our Villa Seca, vineyard are handpicked late in March and gone through a double hand selection (cluster & grape). Following a fermentation in stainless steel tanks, the wine rests for 18 months in French oak barrels, then 6 months in bottle. Age for 5+ years.
