The Cuvee Brut takes us on a journey of almonds, fresh hazelnuts and fruits from the orchard, like freshly cut apples and pears. The wine also offers a smoky quality, almost toasted, which gives the impression of savoring a bite of freshly baked bread, just out of the oven. It is a precise wine, extremely well balanced, which offers plenty of finesse on the palate.
