This is a delicious, full-bodied Chardonnay with aromas and flavors of Meyer lemons, citrus, cinnamon apples, graham cracker, creamy marshmallow, apricot, lemon, brown sugar and maple spice with nice acidity and a long, lingering finish Pair it with vegetarian dishes and rich, creamy shellfish entrees.

This is not just a bottle of Chardonnay. This is actually 60 different individual Chardonnays blended into one. This is probably the most complex wine that we make, if you think about it that way.
