Apothic White is a vibrant blend of four varietals grown from California and Washington state. Chardonnay leads the blend while Pinot Gris, Riesling and Viognier add fragrant aromas and complexity. Layers of green apple, lemon zest and tree-ripened apricot open to a palate layered with notes of white peach and vanilla undertones. The finish is bright and crisp.
