Pale lemon in colour; tight, restrained and elegant. On the nose the wine shows bright lemon and grapefruit citrus with a touch of fennel, and salted caramel popcorn.

On the palate the wine shows great purity and lovely acid line. A delicious drink now and will reward some cellar time.
