In the mouth, it is complex, with hints of jam, dried mushroom and caramel. Wine with very good structure, elegant and with a smooth finish. 

Pairing:  very suitable for Red Meat, grilled or in the oven. It also goes very well with Pasta and Pizza and a Cheese and Sausages Board. More full-bodied risottos.
