I ordered 6 bottles on this order. The insurance made sense as I know UPS/FedEx have a $100.00 auto insurance but since my order was more I bought the insurance. Last minute you shipped 3 bottles and canceled 3. Well I would not have gotten insurance for $100.00 worth of product since it is already insured without additional. Everything arrived fine but the cost should have been removed since it was already insured the value of $100.00.

I have drank chiliable red wine for 25 years. It has been my go to wine which I thought for ever . But now I am so disappointed that you changed the recipe in the flavor is not very likable. I will be looking for a different wine and company.! I really wish you’d reconsider and put it back to the original recipe!
